SMART-Storage

SMART-Storage is a scalable algorithmic strategy that can optimize energy storage around the grid. Funded by NSF and based on the Ph.D. research of Daniel Salas, SMART-Storage uses approximate dynamic programming with backpropagation, and a novel form of value function approximation, that enables it to handle very high dimensional state and control vectors.
